As an Agile coach, your role is to establish and improve Agile processes, and this often means spreading Agile ideas across the entire company, not just focusing on one team or task. You might feel like you’re pulled in a number of directions, from measuring the results of the Agile transformation, to mentoring other Agile coaches, to teaching the philosophy and benefits of Scrum.
